Sound samples are here!

As you know, it’s impossible to accurately reproduce the sound of a tube amp in a room in a recording, but we’re going to do our best. These clips are intended to show what Dexter Amps can do, so we’ve compiled some solo samples of the Deluxe and the Pup. You can also listen to some rough, unfinished tracks by our band See Thru Squid. All of the guitars on these tracks were recorded exclusively with the Deluxe and Pup. For the solo samples, we used a 1993 Les Paul Standard with Lollar Imperial pickups and a homemade Stratocaster with Seymour Duncan Alnico 2 Pro pickups. The only effect that has been added is a smidge of reverb via the Keeley Hydra. Mics: Shure SM57, Temu $8 “U87.”
